AGENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO. 22 OF 1992) - SECT 27

27. Section 75 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from subsection (1) “rules of conduct for agents—” and substituting “rules of conduct for agents, take any one or more of the following forms of action:”; and

    (b)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (e) “or”.
