AGENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO. 22 OF 1992) - SECT 31

31. Section 105A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the foot of subsection (1) the following penalty:

“Penalty:

        (a)     if the offender is a natural person—$1,000;

        (b)     if the offender is a body corporate—$5,000.”.
