AGENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO. 22 OF 1992) - SECT 7

7. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting paragraph (1) (a);

        (b)     by omitting from subsection (3) “other than the public service member”;

    (c)     by omitting subsection (4); and

    (d)     by omitting from subsection (5) “other than the public service member”.
