Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts

APPROPRIATION ACT 1999-2000 (NO. 36 OF 1999) - SECT 3

    This Act is made for the purposes of—

        (a)     sections 57 and 58 of the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988 of the Commonwealth; and

        (b)     sections 6 and 8 of the Financial Management Act 1996 .
