ARCHITECTS ACT 2004 (NO. 20 OF 2004) - SECT 50

Inquiry procedure

    (1)     The architects board may decide any procedure for an inquiry that is not prescribed under this Act.

    (2)     The architects board may adjourn an inquiry.
