ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 (NO. 35 OF 2008) - SECT 14

    (1)     This section applies if it appears to the tribunal that applications to the tribunal indicate a systemic problem in relation to—

        (a)     the operation of an authorising law; or

        (b)     other matters that come to the tribunal's attention in the course of exercising its functions.

    (2)     The tribunal must tell the Attorney-General about the problem.
