ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 (NO. 35 OF 2008) - SECT 83

    (1)     On joint application by the parties to an application or an appeal, the tribunal must order that the application be removed to the Supreme Court.

    (2)     On application by a party to an application or an appeal, the tribunal may order that the application be removed to the Supreme Court.
