ACT CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2008 (NO. 35 OF 2008) - SECT 88

    (1)     The ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal is established.

    (2)     The tribunal has the following divisions:

        (a)     administrative review;

        (b)     civil disputes;

        (c)     occupational discipline;

        (d)     general.

    (3)     The tribunal may establish other tribunal divisions.

    (4)     The establishment of a tribunal division is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act.
