Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts120. (1) The Registrar may, on the written application of an incorporated association, an officer of an incorporated association or a person authorised for the purposes of this section by an association or a group of persons proposing to form an association, extend a period of time prescribed by this Act or the regulations, whether or not the application is made before the period has expired.
(2) The Registrar may make the extension of a period pursuant to subsection (1) subject to any condition the Registrar thinks fit and may, by written notice to the association, vary or revoke the extension.
