Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts130. (1) Any proceedings instituted by or against the Registrar of Incorporated Associations pursuant to the repealed Act may be continued and determined as if this Act had not been made.
(2) Any proceedings which could have been instituted and determined under the repealed Act may be instituted and determined as if this Act had not been made.
