adjudicate upon a dispute between its members, or between itself and a member
or members, in relation to the rights conferred upon the members by the rules
of the association, any decision made by the association shall not be taken to
be valid unless, in any proceedings in relation to the dispute, the rules of
natural justice have been complied with.
