(1) Where, pursuant to section 83 or subsection 93 (3), the Registrar cancels the incorporation of an association, and the winding up of the association was not begun before the date of cancellation, any property or interest in property held by the association, subject to any trust affecting the property or interest, shall be taken to vest in the Registrar.
(2) Where, pursuant to subsection (1), land or an interest in land (being land in the Territory) vested in an incorporated association is to be taken to vest in the Registrar, then the Registrar of Titles, on production of a statement by the Registrar certifying to the effect that the incorporation of the association has been cancelled pursuant to subsection 93 (3) and that the land or interest is, by virtue of subsection (1), vested in the Registrar, shall endorse the relevant certificate of title in the Register Book kept pursuant to the Real Property Act 1925 to that effect.
