AIR POLLUTION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1993 (NO. 92 OF 1993) - SECT 4

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definitions:“ ‘AS 4013' means Australian Standard 4013, ‘Domestic solid fuel burning appliances—Method for determination of flue gas emission'; ‘maximum lead concentration' means the lead concentration specified in subregulation 30F (5) of the Clean Air Regulations 1964 of New South Wales; ‘sell' includes exchange and offer for sale; ‘solid fuel-burning equipment' means fuel-burning equipment that is designed to burn hard wood, soft wood or briquettes;”.
