ANIMAL WELFARE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 35 OF 2019) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Act (other than the following provisions) commences on the 7th day after its notification day:

              •     section 25

              •     section 32

              •     sections 50 and 51

              •     sections 53 and 54

              •     section 56

              •     sections 85 and 86

              •     section 106

              •     section 113

              •     section 117

              •     section 119

              •     parts 4 to 6

              •     section 134

              •     parts 8 to 11.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     The provisions mentioned in subsection (1) commence 6 months after this Act's notification day.
