Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A registered person commits an offence if—
(a) the person's registration is subject to a condition; and
(b) the person intentionally or negligently fails to comply with the condition.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
(3) An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
