Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The director-general may, by written notice, require an applicant for an approval under section 127, or renewal under section 128, to give the director-general additional information that the director-general reasonably needs to decide the application, within a stated time and at a stated place.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with a requirement in the notice, the director-general may refuse to consider the application further.
