Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A person who holds an approval under section 131 commits an offence if the person intentionally or negligently fails to comply with a condition on the approval.
Maximum penalty: 1 000 penalty units.
(3) An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
