Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may declare that a stated dealing with biosecurity matter is prohibited (a prohibited dealing ) if satisfied that the dealing with the biosecurity matter poses a significant biosecurity risk to any part of the ACT.
(2) A declaration may apply to a stated part of the ACT.
(3) A declaration is a notifiable instrument.
