Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A group exemption authorises a stated class of people to engage in stated conduct that would otherwise be prohibited under this Act.
(2) However, a group exemption does not authorise conduct in contravention of an emergency declaration or a biosecurity direction given in an emergency unless the exemption expressly relates or applies to the emergency.
