BOXING CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT 1996 (NO. 11 OF 1996) - SECT 8

8. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended—

    (a)     by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) “or”; and

    (b)     by inserting after paragraph (1) (d) the following paragraph:

    “(da)     to refuse to approve an organisation under subsection 12 (2); or”.
