CREMATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1996 (NO. 64 OF 1996) - SECT 4

Medical Referees

4. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections (2), (3) and (4) and substituting the following subsection:

“(2) The Minister may appoint a medical practitioner who has practised for at least 5 years to be a medical referee for the purposes of this Act.”.
