"investigative segregation" means segregation directed under any of the following:

        (a)     section 156 (Report etc by corrections officer);

        (b)     section 158 (Action by presiding officer);

        (c)     section 160 (Director-general directions—investigative segregation).

"investigator's report"—see section 157 (2) (b).
