CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 136

    An arrangement for the transfer of a young offender from a State to the Territory may not be made unless the chief executive is satisfied that there are adequate facilities in the Territory for the young offender to be accepted and dealt with as provided in the arrangement.
