CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 141

    If, under an arrangement for the transfer of a young offender to the Territory, an escort authorised under the arrangement brings the young offender into the Territory, the escort, while in the Territory is authorised to take and keep temporary control of the young offender for the purpose of transferring the young offender to the place in the Territory and to the temporary control stated in the arrangement.
