Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day this Act is notified in the Gazette .
(2) The remaining provisions commence on a day fixed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette .
(3) If the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) have not commenced within 6 months beginning on the day this Act is notified in the Gazette , they commence, by force of this subsection, on the first day after that period.
