Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A party to a proceeding may, within 28 days after the day an order is made by the court under this Part, request the court in writing to give a statement of reasons in respect of the order.
(2) On receiving a request under this section, the court must, as soon as practicable but in any event within 28 days after the day of receipt, give a written statement of reasons for the order made.
