Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered ActsDespite anything to the contrary in this Act, the chief executive may disclose to an interstate officer information that has come to his or her notice in the performance of duties or exercise of powers under this Act if the chief executive considers that it is necessary to do so to allow the interstate officer to perform duties or exercise powers under a child welfare law or an interstate law.
