CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 361

    A person must not provide care for a child as part of a family day care scheme except in accordance with an approval in principal or a licence granted to the scheme.

Penalty:

        (a)     for an individual—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months;

        (b)     for a body corporate—250 penalty units.
