Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person must not, other than for this Act or as required by law, make a record of or divulge or communicate to anyone else information or a document that the person acquired under this Act.
Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months, or both.
(2) This section does not affect the operation of section 405 or any other law relating to the confidentiality of information or documents.
