Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The official visitor need not investigate a complaint if satisfied that the substance of it has been, is being or will be investigated by the community advocate or another appropriate entity.
(2) If subsection (1) applies, the official visitor may provide information about the complaint to the community advocate or other entity in relation to the investigation.
