Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The regulations may modify the operation of this Chapter to make provision with respect to any matter that is not already, or is not adequately, dealt with in this Chapter.
(2) A regulation that is expressed to modify the operation of this Chapter may take the form of a change to the text of this Chapter (whether by omission, insertion, addition or substitution) so that this Chapter operates as modified but the regulation does not amend its text.
