CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 48

(1)     There are 1 or more officers for this Act.

(2)     The chief executive may create and maintain 1 or more offices in the Australian Capital Territory Public Service the duties of which include performing the functions of an officer.

(3)     A public servant for the time being performing the duties of a public service office mentioned in subsection (2) is an officer.
