CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1999 (NO. 63 OF 1999) - SECT 65
Meaning of State institution
(1) In this Chapter, a State institution is a place in a State
in which, under the law of the State, a young person may be detained under a
court order.
(2) In this section—
"State" means a State for which an
agreement under section 133 (General agreements with other jurisdictions) is
in force.
