(1) The chief executive must keep a register of licences.
(2) For each licence, the chief executive must enter in the register the information mentioned in section 27 (1) (Form of licence).
(3) The register may also include any other information the chief executive considers appropriate.
(4) The register may be kept in the form of, or as part of, 1 or more computer databases or in any other form the chief executive considers appropriate.
(5) The chief executive may correct any mistake, error or omission in the register, subject to the requirements (if any) of the regulations.
