CRIMES (SURVEILLANCE DEVICES) ACT 2010 (NO. 23 OF 2010) - SECT 9

    (1)     The following kinds of warrant may be issued under this part:

        (a)     a surveillance device warrant;

        (b)     a retrieval warrant.

    (2)     A warrant may be issued in relation to 1 or more kinds of surveillance device.
