CULTURAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 20

Consultants

20. (1) The Corporation may engage consultants.

(2) Subsection (1) does not confer on the Corporation a power to enter into a contract of employment.
