CULTURAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 22

22. The functions of the Corporation shall be discharged—

        (a)     in accordance with sound business practice; and

        (b)     so as to achieve the business plan of the Corporation.
