CULTURAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 4

4. (1) The Cultural Facilities Corporation is established.

(2) The Corporation—

        (a)     is a body corporate; and

        (b)     shall have a common seal.
