CULTURAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ACT 1997 (NO. 48 OF 1997) - SECT 7

7. In exercising its powers under section 6, the Corporation shall have regard to—

        (a)     any cultural policies or priorities of the Executive known to the Corporation; and

        (b)     other cultural activities in the Territory.
