COMMISSIONER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT ACT (NO. 37 OF 1993) - SECT 18

18. Where—

        (a)     the Commissioner requests in writing that the head of an agency provide information for use in preparing a State of the Environment Report; and

        (b)     the agency does not provide that information within a reasonable time;

that agency head shall, at the written request of the Commissioner, make staff available for a period not exceeding 3 months to assist the Commissioner in the preparation of that report.
