Chapter 13 Delegation
206 Delegation
A function of the director-general under a
provision of this Act mentioned in an item in table 206, column 2, is for the
period mentioned in column 3 for the item (the delegation period ) taken to
have been delegated to a person who during the delegation period occupied a
position with a position number mentioned in column 4 for the item.
