Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive may, orally or in writing, direct a person at a correctional centre to wear a device (a personal monitoring device ) that allows the person's location at the centre to be monitored.
(2) To remove any doubt, a direction under this section may be given to any of the following:
(a) a detainee;
(b) a corrections officer;
(c) anyone working at or visiting a correctional centre.
