COURT PROCEDURES (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2004 (NO. 60 OF 2004) - SECT 2

This Act commences on the commencement of the Court Procedures Act 2004 .

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).
