101. Civil proceedings do not lie against a person in respect of loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person as a result of any of the following acts done in good faith:
(a) the making of a complaint;
(b) the making of a statement to, or the giving of a document or information to, the Commissioner or a member of the staff of the Commissioner, for the purposes of this Act, whether or not the statement was made, or the document or information was given, pursuant to a requirement under section 85 or 86.
