88. (1) The Commissioner may direct that—
(a) any evidence given before the Commissioner;
(b) the contents of any document produced to the Commissioner; or
(c) any information that might enable a person who has appeared before the Commissioner to be identified;
shall not be published, or shall not be published except in such manner, or to such persons, as the Commissioner specifies.
(2) A direction to a particular person shall be given to the person in writing.
(3) A direction to persons generally shall be given by notice published in the Gazette .
(4) A direction takes effect—
(a) on the day on which it is given; or
(b) if a later date of effect is specified in the direction—on that later date.
