DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 (NO. 81 OF 1991) - SECT 98

Unlawful act no basis for civil action

98. Except as expressly provided by this Act, nothing in this Act confers on a person any right of action in respect of the doing of an act that is unlawful under Part III, V, VII or section 66.
