DISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 49 OF 2016) - SECT 2

    (1)     Parts 1 and 2 and schedule 1 (other than the following amendments) commence on the day after this Act's notification day:

              •     amendment 1.2

              •     amendment 1.3

              •     amendment 1.6

              •     amendment 1.14

              •     amendment 1.17.

Note     The naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act

, s 75 (1)).

    (2)     The remaining provisions commence on 3 April 2017.
