Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) An authorised person may issue a certificate (a clearance certificate ) to the effect that a stated requirement, or all requirements, of an improvement notice have been complied with.
(2) A stated requirement of an improvement notice ceases to be operative when the person to whom the notice was given receives a clearance certificate to the effect that—
(a) the requirement has been complied with; or
(b) all requirements of the notice have been complied with.
