Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts Australian Capital Territory Numbered Acts(1) A formal warning given by an authorised person may be withdrawn by the responsible person for the authorised person by giving the offender a notice of withdrawal not later than 21 days after the day the formal warning is given.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act, s 104).

After the formal warning has been withdrawn, action may be taken
against the person for the failure to comply.
