DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD TRANSPORT) ACT 2009 (NO. 34 OF 2009) - SECT 147

    (1)     A court has the same power to award costs in relation to a proceeding for a compensation order as the court has in relation to a civil proceeding.

    (2)     The Court Procedures Rules 2006 , part 2.17 (Costs) applies to costs in relation to a proceeding for a compensation order as if—

        (a)     any necessary changes to the rules were made; and

        (b)     any changes prescribed by regulation were made.
